Apply for a temporary RV parking permit
Park an RV on the street near your home for when you need to load or unload it, when guests visit with an RV, or for a community event.
Need to know
- No cost
- Permit can’t be transferred to other people
- You can only park an RV for the dates in the permit
- Residents can park an RV for 1 day
- Visitors can park for no more than 8 days
Before you start
You’ll need:
- Name, address, and phone number of the RV owner
- RV registration document
- Dates you will need to park the RV
- Residents need:
- California Driver’s License or California Identification Card, and
- Property tax bill or a public utility bill
- Visitors need:
- Name, address, and phone number of the resident you are visiting
