Pay for parking on your phone
Pay for parking with the ParkMobile app on your smartphone. Start, stop, or extend your parking session without using cash or a meter.
Need to know
- Available at parking meters and City-owned parking lots
- Standard parking rates apply, plus a transaction fee ($0.20-$0.35)
- Regular posted time limits still apply
- The meter display will not change — we check your license plate number electronically to confirm payment
Before you start
To pay from your phone, you can use a smartphone app, website, or call. If you want to use the app, download the free ParkMobile app and create an account.
You’ll need:
- Your vehicle license plate number
- A credit/debit card or PayPal
Steps
1. Decide how to pay
Pick an option:
- Open the ParkMobile app
- Use the ParkMobile website
- Call 1-877-727-5718
2. Add your parking details
Look for the green ParkMobile sign near your parking space to find the zone number.
Enter:
- Zone number from the green ParkMobile sign
- Lot space number (if in a parking lot)
- How long you plan to park
- Vehicle (select by license plate number)
3. Confirm and pay
Pay with a credit/debit card or PayPal.
4. Extend (optional)
If time limits allow, you can extend your session in the app without returning to your vehicle.
What's next
You don't need to display a receipt on your dashboard.
You’ll get a reminder text before your session ends (message and data rates may apply). If you leave early, you can end your session in the app.
If you move to another zone, you’ll need to start a new session.
Refunds are not available.
