Submit a bid for a City infrastructure project
Find current, upcoming, and past Public Works solicitations. Submit your bid online through Bid Express.

- Submit before deadline listed on the solicitation
Before you start
If you don't have one already, you need to set up a Bid Express account to submit a bid.
You can view current, upcoming, and past solicitations without an account.
Steps
1. Select a solicitation
Login and select the Solicitations tab. Find the project you want and select Select For Bidding. After you select the solicitation, it will move and open in the Bids tab.
2. Prepare your bid
Complete all required fields (marked with *). Use Check Bid to find missing or incomplete fields.
Make any changes or price updates before submitting.
3. Submit your bid
When you're ready, select Submit Bid at the top of the bid page. Confirm your digital signature if prompted.
If you miss the listed deadline, your bid will be disqualified.
What's next
After you submit your bid, you'll get an email confirmation. We will only see your bid after the deadline has passed.
If we update the solicitation, we'll let you know if you need to revise and resubmit your bid.
Track status
Login to monitor your bid status.
- Orange means your bid is incomplete or needs resubmitting due to changes
- Blue means your bid is complete and submitted on time
